Takabos Terms & Conditions – Full Terms & Conditions of Membership and Use

In this document "Takabos", "We" or "Platform" refers to the takabos.bet website and all its mobile applications. "Member" or "You" refers to any registered user.

Takabos is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform, licensed and operated under the Curacao eGaming authority.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. All previous versions are automatically considered null and void.

To open an account with Takabos, the following conditions must be met:

• Mandatory Must be at least 18 Years must be.
• Residents of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.
• You must register using accurate and genuine personal information.
• Each person may only One can open an account.
• You must be in a sound mental state to make decisions.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Takabos will never ask for your password via email or phone.

• Keep your password strong and confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• To change the name or date of birth on your account, verification through support is required.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be charged an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month.

Payment methods currently accepted at Takabos:

• There are no hidden fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

• Mandatory KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is available only after wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, Takabos reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 21 days.

Takabos offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Important Bets with odds of 1.80 or higher generally count toward meeting wagering requirements.
• Withdrawing after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Takabos reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Takabos reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded (in parlay bets, that leg will be counted as 1.00).
• Takabos may correct any in-play bet results affected by network delays.
• In the event of a disputed score or result, the decision of the official governing body shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Prohibited Multiple Account Creation
• Prohibited Use of automated bots or software
• Prohibited Bonus System Abuse (Bonus Arbitrage)
• Prohibited Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Prohibited Betting on Behalf of Third Parties
• Prohibited Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Prohibited Harassing or intimidating other members

Takabos firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of financial gain. We offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account.

Takabos will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Game interruptions caused by issues on your device
• Third-party payment gateway delays or failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account (if your password was shared)
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks

For any dispute, contact support first. If unresolved, you may appeal to the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

Takabos may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• For major changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
